We don’t really know what to say about this strain. It is so well-known that every grower tried growing or smoking it at least once. And if you’ve never experienced White Widow before, we say go for it.
It’s hard to find a strain that would surpass the White Widow in terms of strength and productivity. These nugs are covered with the thick layer of resin, there so much of it that the flowers look like they’re coated with snow, that’s actually how the strain got its name.
It first appeared in 1995 during the Cannabis Cup (where it took the first place, by the way) and instantaneously won the hearts of millions of marijuana connoisseurs from many countries.
The gravity bongs and one-hitters will fully unlock the (sometimes scary) potential of this strain. White Widow basically set a new standard for cannabis strains. It is the perfect combination of Indica and Brazilian Sativa.
The cannabinoid profile actually does gravitate towards Sativa – it’s over 18% and just 0.1% CBD. However, the psychoactive effect feels kinda “stoney”, especially after that’s been a couple of hours since the last hit was taken.
Regarding the yield, everything is pretty good here. White Widow is a serious yielder – up to 800 grams per square meter indoors, while outdoors you can harvest approximately 700-1000 grams of bud per plant.
