Dinachem is a famous cannabis strain created by an equally famous breeder named ChemDog. Now, anyone who appreciates exotic strains is familiar with ChemDog, and with good reason. So, when ChemDog worked with his own strains to produce even better ones, breeders at Dinafem knew that they had struck gold. Dinafem’s collaboration with the breeder gave them the opportunity to work with his chosen strains, and the Dinachem was the result of one such project.
Breeders at Dinafem had an easy task ahead, considering ChemDog’s work. They crossed ChemDawg 91 with an elite Guava Chem, and finally Dinachem was born. As a sophisticated strain with a complex terpene profile, Dinachem exceeded their expectations. She also won several awards in international Cannabis Cups as a testament to her wonderful features.
Taste
Thanks to the presence of the original ChemDawg 91, the scent of diesel wafts in the air when growing Dinachem. Fuel-like aromas become common once she reaches the flowering stage. Fruity scents, especially Guava, combine with citrus and fuel aromas to create a fantastic blend. The taste after curing transforms into that of exotic wood.
Effects
With 65 percent sativa and 35 percent indica, Dinachem is a super potent strain. A single puff is enough to create a euphoric rush that doesn’t let go even hours after indulging. Later, as the high slowly fades, the indica effects help you relax and calm down after hours of mental stimulation. Those that cannot handle potent sativas should be cautious.
Growing
Despite her complicated features, Dinachem is a very easy strain to maintain. After finishing her flowering period that extends for 60-70 days, she produces thick buds oozing with resin. Indoors, she produces as much as 450-500 grams/m2 while the outdoor production is a bit more than 600-800 grams per plant. Considering that you receive almost a kilo of buds, there’s no reason to not grow this vigorous strain.
