Shaman (FEM)

Shaman is a very elegant and gorgeously-looking plant that was brought in by crossing two famous Dutch Passion strains – Purple #1 and Early Skunk. Shaman turned out to be a decently balanced Sativa/Indica variety with a slight Sativa dominance. You can tell so by simply looking at the internodes, they are relatively wide. That’s a sure sign of true Sativa plant.
The goal that the breeders originally had in their minds was to create a resilient and a sturdy strain that would be perfectly suited for the outdoor cultivation. And by all appearances, Dutch Passion did an excellent job. Growers from Russia reported that they had successfully grown Shaman at the 55th parallel north! And even this up north the yields are not going to be mediocre by any means. The performance of this strain had been accurately measured. 200 to 300 grams per plant doesn’t seem to be too bad, does it?
Shaman is a perfect strain for beginners due to the several reasons. First of all, it’s realistically hard to screw up your grow, at least to the extent where you don’t harvest anything at all. Second, its psychoactive effect isn’t wildly overpowered, but very soft and comfortable for the smoker. Even girls can try it without the fear of smoking too much. That’s how potent the modern cannabis is – you actually CAN smoke too much.
Plants do not release too much smell; the slight aroma that is present is reminiscent of berries and field flowers.
