Sorbet #4 isn’t just another strain – it’s a rather special one. Like its parent, Gorilla Glue #4, the Sorbet #4 is also a spectacular strain. Now, Gorilla Glue #4 – or GG #4 as it’s fondly called – doesn’t need an introduction.
Sorbet #4 has genetically inherited all the best features from GG#4, but apart from the pine flavor that’s reminiscent of GG#4, Sorbet #4 is sweet and delicious.
The Sorbet #4 is a cross between GG#4 and the newly released Sorbet collection. DNA Genetics has come up with many strains, but you better watch out for this one because she will mesmerize you with her beauty. Most of the newly created phenotypes are medium sized, but not the Sorbet #4. She grows so huge that a small grow room just won’t do.
Like her predecessor Gorilla Glue, the Sorbet #4 has the ability to grow to monstrous proportions. She needs a lot of vertical space that allows her to branch out at will. If growing indoors, make sure that you provide a big container of at least 10-12 gallons that does justice to her size. Also, she needs a lot of light to support her growth.
Sorbet #4 will grow so many buds covered in resinous matter that you’ll be pleasantly surprised. GG#4 is named “Glue” for a reason. The resin glues itself to the scissors while harvesting, and you can expect the same from Sorbet #4.
Coming to the effects, this strain is a hybrid with about 60 percent Indica and 40 percent Sativa. While some people experience a complete body stone, others have also noted a cerebral rush. So, you can expect a balanced high with the Indica setting in first and the Sativa following a bit later.
She’s also a perfect choice for medical cannabis users due to the THC content that’s rather high. Any resinous strain can be used to make extracts and Sorbet #4 is no exception. With a flowering time of just 9 weeks, you can harvest the buds in no time. Don’t forget to use the trims to make concentrates because it’s a shame to waste anything, especially when it’s from something as gorgeous as the Sorbet #4.
You’ll also enjoy the colors she displays. From silver to blue to green, the pistils are absolutely stunning. The buds may look pale green, but they change colors as they complete their flowering cycle. The Sorbet #4 is one of the stickiest and super powerful strains produced by DNA Genetics. Remember to use sharp scissors or you’ll never be able to harvest her!
