Bubba Kush is regarded as America’s favorite strain ever since she hit the scene in the 90s. Interestingly, she is named after Bubba – a breeder who created her accidentally – and even celebrities couldn’t get enough of her when she was introduced back then. Dinafem created Bubba Kush by crossing two elite Pre’98 Bubba clones, and you now get the opportunity to grow this fantastic strain in your backyard, terrace, and garden or wherever your heart desires.


Taste

Just like we have the Haze and Kush aromas, we have the Bubba aroma that’s nothing short of a magical experience. In fact, breeders cross plants especially for her delicious fragrance that seduces growers and users alike. In the initial stages, hints of earthy and gasoline flavors produce subtle scents but as the plant grows further in the flowering stage, you’ll notice an amalgamation of different scents including coffee, citrus, and spices. The taste after curing is from another planet!


Effects

Bubba Kush contains more than 18 percent . She also consists of 90 percent indica and 10 percent sativa, much to the delight of those that prefer indica-dominant strains. Her high is devastating yet soothing in a unique way. Although she’s very much an indica, cerebral effects can be felt at the beginning, but it quickly gives way to soothing indica sensations all over the body.


Growing

With a quick flowering period of 60-65 days, Bubba Kush produces almost 600 to 800 grams of buds dripping with resin outdoors. Indoors, she yields almost 500 grams/m2 effortlessly.

    With its` earthy/spicy/fruity/woody aroma and medium dense flowers, it tends to grow more to one main stem with only moderate branching. Possibly perfect for a SOG set up. A resin machine that is quite leafy, but with extremely long petioles (leaf stems) that makes pruning super easy. High is enjoyable with a strange mental battle between the Sativa and Indica effects. Causes an almost out of body / detachment bubble, while being super chilled and relaxed. Munchies will be your best friend. Stone lasts 2-3 hours with a quick landing. Robust!
